We at Eshenaurs are happy to welcome our new Sadler customers! We have been working tirelessly to provide outstanding customer service, the best products, and overall satisfactions for years, and we look forward to extending those same services to our newly welcomed customers. We have had an exciting year; we’ve been actively growing and gaining more and more attention throughout the home comfort services industry. Then and Now

This year marks our 87th year in business serving the Greater Capital City region! We are proud to be a locally-owned company with both third and fourth generation members contributing to the business. Six years ago, Wally Eshenaur, the great grandson of Walter C. Eshenaur, began a side project to restore one of the original heating oil delivery trucks used by the company in the 1950s. While the revamped truck won’t be making any deliveries this upcoming heating season, we are proud to showcase our history.

Q: How can I quickly lower my water bill?

A: The easiest way to lower your water bill is to reduce consumption – turning off the faucet as you brush your teeth, running your dishwasher when full, and fixing leaks and drips. But, there are upgrades you can install throughout your house to help with this, too! We like to encourage our customers to install some of these products:

Q: What is the difference between hard and soft water?

A: This is a great question and, depending on what kind of water you have, can change what kind of appliances you may or may not want to invest in.

Hard water contains a significant amount of dissolved minerals which can lead to scaling and clogging of containers and pipes, creating inefficiencies or damage. Soft water simply has lower instances of these minerals, leaving less likelihood of scale deposits and damage to appliances.
